I love this time the most – last day of the year, you can look back and see your achievements, your efforts, your setbacks. Every small thing has made you a better person, a better professional, a better entrepreneur. This is the right time to set some business goals for the coming year.

Say YES to new opportunities
An effective way to grow your business is to saying YES to new opportunities. Brainstorm – which markets would be easiest for you to reach in terms of your knowledge, experience, contacts – decide accordingly.

Think about what types of marketing activities, what will be the budget, who will be responsible and when will all these take place, etc. Review what worked last year and how you can make it better in the coming year and beyond.

Great customer service is the key to business success. You can surprise them with a bonus gift, extra service, send them a personalized thank you note, there could be many other ways to delight your customer. The bottom line is see how you can create “WOW Moments” for your clients.

We always hear it – if you can take risks, you can run a business, isn’t that TRUE?
